# Visualiser asset use and AI policy

This visualiser is offered for viewing, listening and interacting on shaolin.bot. You may load and run it in your browser for that purpose, including the ordinary temporary copies and caching needed for playback. Sharing a link to the experience is welcome.

## Original visualiser materials

For the original visualiser code, artwork, geometry, shaders, animations and other original materials in which Shaolin Chen holds rights, no permission is granted to extract, copy, republish, redistribute, resell or incorporate those materials into another product or service without prior written permission.

Permission is also not granted to use those original materials for AI/ML training, fine-tuning, dataset collection or generative-model development without prior written permission.

These restrictions do not limit uses independently permitted by applicable law or a separate applicable license. They apply only to rights held by Shaolin Chen.

## Third-party materials and credits

Third-party software, fonts, music and other materials retain their own rights and licenses. This notice does not replace or restrict those licenses.

- **Three.js and included example utilities:** supplied under the MIT License. The original copyright and permission notice is included in the [third-party licenses](/assets/visualiser/THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt).
- **DM Sans:** supplied under its accompanying [SIL Open Font License](/assets/DM-Sans-LICENSE.txt).
- **Music:** Captain Hook — Ozora Festival 2026. Music and recording rights remain with their respective rights holders. This site does not grant permission to extract, redistribute, remix or use the recording for AI training. [Original artist video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdmUisbFlKg).
- **Existing Singularity preview on the portfolio:** the visual engine is credited to MisterPrada; Shaolin's contributions are music response, floating stars and integration. No exclusive ownership is claimed over that engine. It is separate from the original visualiser scenes presented in the new experience.

## Automated access

Please follow [/robots.txt](/robots.txt) and the permissions stated here. Public access to files does not itself grant permission to reuse original protected materials. The crawler rules and this notice communicate permissions; they do not guarantee that publicly delivered files cannot be downloaded or copied.

[/llms.txt](/llms.txt) provides a discoverable pointer to this policy. It is not an access-control mechanism.
