01 / SELECTED WORK
One action. Everything connected.
At Glory, I made everyday actions do more—connecting the team, the customer and the business without all the chasing.
PROJECT / 01
Appointments → Bills → Updates
GLORY SALON OS
One bill. Everyone in the loop.
Enter a bill once. The client gets their invoice on WhatsApp. Staff get an update for their work. The same sale feeds the business reports—so everyone can cross-check their part.

Staff update
Shared record
A little more about it +
An appointment becomes a bill without re-entering the visit.
Clients receive the invoice and a way to leave feedback.
Staff hear when a bill includes their work—and when it is changed or cancelled.
Sales, customer history and commission come from the same bill.
Reminders go out on WhatsApp, and staff can ask for their commission summary there too.
PROJECT / 02
Attendance → Pay → Reports
GLORY PAYROLL
The work flows into payday.
Payroll brings in the month’s commission from Salon OS. Attendance and advances join it to calculate pay. Staff get attendance reports on WhatsApp, so they can check what’s recorded.
Connected commission
Clear pay
Staff cross-checks
A little more about it +
Payroll supplies staff and branch details to Salon OS.
Salon OS returns the commission earned from the actual bills.
Attendance, leave and advances complete the monthly pay picture.
Attendance reminders and reports help people spot missing or incorrect records.
The pay calculation stays reviewable before it is marked as paid.
⇄
Two systems. One connected business.
Payroll → Salon OSStaff and branch details.
Salon OS → PayrollCommission from the actual bills.
I connected the information once, so the team doesn’t have to keep joining it up by hand.
02 / SEE THE CONNECTIONS
Everyone sees their side of the same story.
Clients can check their bill. Staff can check their work and earnings. The business can check its numbers. The updates become a simple cross-checking system.
Choose an everyday action to see what happens next.
FROM ONE ACTION TO THE NEXT
1
One bill is created
The services, staff and payment are recorded together.
2
Client and staff get WhatsApp updates
The client gets their invoice. Staff see the work credited to them.
✓
The same sale feeds reports and pay
Business reports use the bill. Its commission can flow into Payroll.
↳
One entry. Shared visibility. More chances to catch a mismatch.

03 / BUILT FOR THE JOY OF IT
Sometimes, I just want to see the music.
The same curiosity goes beyond business. Into sound, motion and a room full of light.
Capture from my custom particle visualiser
MUSIC → MOVEMENT
Audio you can see.
Black holes pulse, particles move and the camera responds to the music. I build and experiment with audio visualisers, including my own particle scenes and a Mac desktop companion.
Personal experimentsDigital preview of my two LED canvases
MUSIC → LIGHT
A room that follows the beat.
I built the software that makes two custom LED canvases—a rectangular spiral and a triangle—move with the music. They trade patterns, change colour and hit the big moments together.

My Mac visualiser companion uses MisterPrada’s Singularity renderer, with my own audio controls and desktop integration. The image above is from my separate custom particle visualiser.
04 / HOW I WORK
You know your business. Let's make its tools fit.
01
Start with the friction.
Show me what gets repeated, copied between spreadsheets or lost in a chat. We start with the everyday problem.
02
Build something useful.
I use AI to help write the software, then shape and test it around how the people in your business actually work.
03
Keep making it better.
I maintain my own codebases and improve them as the business changes. Getting it online is only the beginning.
✳ Call it vibe coding. The goal is simple: software that earns its place in a working day.
TATA MUMBAI MARATHON2025
05 / A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Self-taught. Still curious. In it for the long run.
I'm Shaolin. I learn by doing—whether that's building software, working through a business problem or heading out for a run.
I help manage operations, finance and accounts at Glory. That hands-on experience shapes what I build: tools that make sense to the people using them.
I ran the Tata Mumbai Marathon in 2025 and have run multiple half marathons. I bring the same patience to building: keep showing up, keep improving.
AI helps me build.I take care of what I build.
